Dancin' Andy

Andy loves to dance. He just can't help himself. If a song he likes comes out on the radio, his head just starts boppin'! He was playing on the computer this afternoon and he came across a pumpkin playing a jig. He jumped off the chair and started moving! It was so cute that I had to have a video of it. He loved the recording so much that he made me do it four times! Enjoy.

Colorful diapers!

As with the other two, Jacob will be cloth diapered. We got some diapers as a gift (which is a very thoughtful one!) but the disposable diapers keep giving him a diaper rash so we started the cloth and his bum is very happy! I think that newborns looks so funny in cloth diapers because they're so big on them! Oh, well. At least he fills out his clothes alittle better now. :)

The fireplace is gone.

We went out to run errands yesterday and came home to a HUGE HOLE where our fireplace used to be! For those of you that don't know, we are adding on to our house. Caleb and Andy have really enjoyed watching all the different construction vehicles working at our house. So far we've had a dump truck, a digger, a cement mixer and a tractor. It's all very thrilling!

Anyways, the foundation is done and they are framing now. Things are really starting to move fast!

We survived!

Due to the possibility of Jacob coming early, and then due to his arrival, Paul hasn't really done any travelling for over a month. It's been so nice! However, since all good things must come to an end, Paul went on his first trip to Seattle yesterday. It was only for one night but I will admit that I was nervous! Jacob always seems to be hungry right when it's bedtime for Caleb and Andy. How was I supposed to coordinate that all by myself? Well, as usual, my boys exceed my expectations. All three were as good as can be, and it worked out so well that they were all sleeping by 8 PM!

A shout-out to Grandma and Grandpa, who fed us dinner and helped with swimming lessons. We couldn't have done it without you!

Our neighbor just came over...

Diana is such a wonderful neighbor. She and her husband Dennis live just a few doors down from us, but Dennis is currently spending the year away on business. They are always doing thoughtful little things, the latest being Easter baskets. She just brought one over for Caleb and Andy and as you can tell, Caleb is thrilled! We've never had neighbors that we have really even talked to before so it is great to have people around that you consider friends. Finally, someone I can feel comfortable borrowing a cup of sugar from!

Welcome to our blog!

We're finally getting on board with this blog thing so that you, our friends and family, can know every minute detail of our lives. I know you've been waiting for it so enjoy!
